ItsBetter.Me
About

Small shifts. Softer living.

A quiet home for everyday wellness and lifestyle writing — approachable recipes, slow reads, and clearly labelled affiliate reviews.

What this site is

ItsBetter.Me is an independent wellness and lifestyle publication sharing approachable recipes, everyday routines and clearly identified affiliate reviews. We aim to make information easier to explore, without promising a particular health outcome.

How we write

We use practical language and add the context that helps a reader actually use what they read. When something is a seller’s claim, we say so; when something is an established fact, we say that too. Personal medical questions are for qualified clinicians — not for a lifestyle site.

How affiliate links work

Some links on the site go to third-party sellers we cover. When they do, we label them as affiliate links and may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial judgement, and reviews are written so a reader can see what is being claimed and decide for themselves.

Photos and people

Lifestyle photos and illustrations on the site are illustrative unless clearly stated otherwise. The people shown (when shown) are models, not documented customers or clinicians, and their images are not presented as proof of any product result.

ItsBetter.Me is operated by Shopision LLC. For questions, the Contact page is the right place.

Practical language

Short words where they fit, longer ones where they earn their place. Nothing that needs a translation pass to read on a phone.

Claims vs. facts

Seller explanations are labelled as such. Established evidence is named as such. If we don’t know, we say we don’t know.

Affiliate funding, made plain

Affiliate links are labelled at the point they appear. We do not hide commercial relationships behind neutral phrasing.

Health awareness, not medical advice. ItsBetter.Me is for general education only. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For personal health questions, speak with a qualified clinician.
